✅ Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Assistant Engineer: B.E/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Administrative Officer: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.

  • Maximum Age: 32 Years

💵 Salary Structure

The salary for selected candidates will be as per the 7th Pay Commission. Approximate in-hand salary details are given below:

  • Assistant Engineer: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 (Level 10)
  • Administrative Officer: ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100 (Level 8)

Additional allowances include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and Medical Facilities.

📖 Exam Pattern

The UPSC exam will consist of Preliminary, Mains, and Interview stages:

  1. Preliminary Exam: Objective type, 2 papers (General Studies & CSAT).
  2. Mains Exam: Descriptive type, 9 papers including optional subjects.
  3. Interview: Personality Test of 275 marks.

📚 Syllabus

Preliminary Exam:

  • General Studies: Current Affairs, Indian Polity, History, Economy, Environment, Science & Tech.
